Ikkyuan Saijyoji-mae Head branch
Ikkyuan specialises in tōfu dishes. It’s located in front of Saimyō-ji Temple, famous for its autumn leaves. Every year, our chefs carefully select the best soybeans to use in our tōfu. Our unique production method brings out the rich sweetness and flavour of soybeans. The sweetness is further enhanced by using kelp salt from Hokkaidō.
