Ayu no Mise Kimura

This specialist shop is managed by a fishery company that produces sweetfish. We offer a range of products using fish from Lake Biwa, farmed with care in our own environmentally-controlled tanks. There’s also a space selling souvenirs such as stewed sweetfish and funazushi. At weekends, we demonstrate how to grill salted sweetfish.
